Congratulations on being selected as a participant on this program. We are looking forward to walking alongside you during the next 6 months of your Transformational Leadership development journey.

In order to prepare for the residential session, we have created three podcasts. Each podcast is specifically designed to introduce you to particular concepts in advance of your attendance at the residential session. They will also provide you with guidelines on how to get the most out of the sessions.

For the most part, the podcasts will only require you to listen. However, you will be asked to reflect on a key question at the end of each podcast. We would ask you to take note of your responses and bring them with you to the residential session.
